About Coach Mike

Coach Mike has been working in the Fitness Industry for 10 years as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, high school/collegiate strength and conditioning coach, and as a college professor. 
Coach Mike has worked with athletes of all levels from youth to pro, competitive powerlifters, and general population/weight loss clients with great success.
He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Olympic Weightlifting Coach, personal trainer, and nutritionist.

Together, we will choose a workout schedule that best fits you. With this option, you’ll receive a personalized program each month, based on goals, current experience level, and lifestyle. Online training with a knowledgeable coach is a perfect option for a client who is already experienced and consistent, but want to take their fitness to the next level.
