X-Factor Training was founded as a side-gig to help me pay my bills through Grad School, and has grown into my full-time job over the past few years. I am very passionate about helping people meet their goals, whether it's weight loss, strength gains, or being at your best in your sport, I hope you will grant me the opportunity to help you get to where you want to be.

About Coach Mike

Coach Mike has been working in the Fitness Industry for 10 years as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, high school/collegiate strength and conditioning coach, and as a college professor of health and wellness classes. 
Coach Mike has worked with athletes of all levels from youth to pro, competitive powerlifters, and general population/weight loss clients with great success.
He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Olympic Weightlifting Coach, personal trainer, and nutritionist.

What I Offer

In- Person Training

1-on-1: Tailored training based on your specific needs and goals, whether you're brand new to the gym or an experienced athlete looking to level up.

Small Group: A great budget-friendly option, you'll be paired with other clients with similar goals and experience levels for a great training experience and motivating atmosphere at a lower price

​

Team Trainer: Are you a coach or director of a local sports or club team? Reach out to get your athletes the best price possible for team training! These sessions can be done on site at the Dawg Pound or at your own training facility.

Online Services

For experienced fitness enthusiasts, you may not need the same level of care as a novice, but still want a structured, thought out-program delivered to you for every session. This is a great, low-cost option for intermediate or advanced athletes who need help breaking through plateaus

This option is only recommended for those with a lot of self-accountability! You get out what you put into this one.
